Sir:

With the price of new locomotives nearing $150.00 per unit, inexpensive becomes relative.  Newer locomotive shells sell for $25 - $50 each.

Your best bet is probably a local train show and hit the white elephant table.  You may be able to find old Tyco, AHM, or LifeLike locomotive shells for a few dollars.

We do not have any shells which we no longer need.
