Can anyone give me some clarity on the Rio Grande? We occasionally see it on the Wheeling and Lake Erie Railway (West Mifflin area, and Route 51 area near Fort Pitt Tunnel). Leased track rights? Or is there some type of ownership or something else? Thanks John
