over  snapped off  (event the stop sighn twice)  someone bumped 
into the crossing sighn   the gutters gut creased in the back....TO BE 
HONEST  I FEEL THERES TWO CULPRICKS  THE GARBAGE CREW AND SCHOOL 
BUSSES  ....and as of last week we had some one smash up one of the schrubs 
in the front another foot and the building would have got tagged  a 
survelence camera on the front corners could register this stuff and one set at 
the entry could collect licence plate numbers
