Subject: [BOD] After show party

We are trying to figure out what to do for the after show party.  I don't know how much we are willing to spend for this party.  We looked at Narcisi's on Rt. 910 and they said $24.95 for the buffet dinner and $200.00 to have the pavilion and there is entertainment.  This way our members don't have to do anything if we have a party at the museum.  It would be for the member and their spouse only.

Let me know what you thing as soon as possible.

RAY IF WE COVER THE PAVILION AND HALF THE FOOD COST  ,,,FIGURING  WE ALL BE 
BRINGING A COVERED PLATE TO THE AFTER  SHOW PARTY AND $12.00 TO COVER BEANS 
N WENIES  NACHOES N BEEF  ETC  were all spending close to 12 ..oo on covered 
dishes  calculation energy cost of gas electric and fuel to drive to giant 
eagle to get the ingreedients,,,,

That seems like a hi price to me.  We should be able to have something catered for about half that price.  If you want I can check with a few places.
