AGENDA  I  got the email not seeing anyone elses post   you got the CHAIR 
BIDS ESTIMATES  2  ive contacted 2 tree companys for estimates on the hollow 
maple trees.   3  regaurds the opperation of the 2nd upstairs door  the 
latch lift pin is rusted solid and the finger pin on the bottom bolt is 
sheared off  when the VETS  visited i needed to pull the pin mechanism off 
by the screws  mainly for bigger wheelchair entrys  one needs both doors 
the cheesy builtin latches need replaced or repaired big slip bolt door pins 
on the inside would work,,,,we can look at this  3 item for next summer the 
grey floor  looks like were in for a repaint,,,,4  is the parking lot 
summer 2012 is a good ime to budget the seal coating  we passed over this 
for a season or two   deffinatly would like to put that in for a planned 
2012 summer contract......ALL mentioned is just basic maintenance stuff  to 
plan  for .....we even talked about some new trees for the lakeside area ive 
yet to price any but as soon as i pass some nurserys ill get numbers......
